Terms of Service

Please read everything before contacting and commissioning me. By accepting my TOS, you automatically agree to the following conditions. If you have any questions, please contact me.My working hours are weekdays, 8 A.M. to 8 P.M. (GMT +7). I will take a break on weekends and Indonesian holidays.
I will still be online on my social media for communication, but I won’t work outside of working hours.

  • No harassment or use of foul language

  • Please be patient and understand the emergencies I may have in my life

  • I may decline a commission inquiry without having to explain myself

  • The commissioned work shall not be reselled nor used for NFT and/or cryptocurrency without the artist's permission

  • The client shall not claim the commissioned art as their own and/or use the artwork for AI (Artificial Intelligence Image Generator) training.
    Any kind of tracing is prohibited for anyone other than the original illustrator

  • First come, first serve

  • Simple BG:
    BGs that don’t use perspective points or aerial perspective for its setting

  • Complex BG:
    BGs that use perspective points for its setting

  • Please provide references for the commission

  • The client commissions me for my style and the content/service I provide. I am allowed to refuse any requests that go outside of this contract

  • I am allowed to use the commission result in the portfolio unless the client paid for the privacy

───     Payments and Refunds     ───

  • I accept payment via Paypal

  • Payment must be made 100% to accept the finished commission

  • The listed prices are for non-commercial use only. Prices for commercial use (Streaming, Content Use, etc.) are twice or triple the original price depending on the type of commercial use
     

  • If the client cancels the order, they will be charged the cancellation fee depending on the commission's stage. 

         ◦ +25-50% of the commission fee at sketch stage
         ◦ +50-75% of the commission fee at rough color stage

    After the rough color stage, cancellation is no longer allowed and the client will not be refunded if they insisted

  • If I cannot finish the commission anymore, I will refund the client 100% of the paid commission fee within a week after contacting the client through DM or Email

  • I will not complete the order unless the sketch has been approved. If after 5 days the client does not respond, the order will be canceled. I will move on to the next order

  • The commission is non-refundable once completed

  • General workflow:

    Sketch

    Order ➞ Rough sketch ➞Revision ➞ Full Payment (The drawing process will be stopped until the payment is confirmed) ➞ Sketch & Base Color ➞ Simple Shade ➞ Minor Revision ➞ File Delivery ➞ Completed

    Render Illustration

    Order ➞ Rough sketch ➞Revision ➞ Half Payment (The drawing process will be stopped until the payment is confirmed) ➞ Sketch & Base Color ➞ Rough Render ➞ Half Payment (The drawing process will be stopped until the payment is confirmed) ➞ Cleaning & Detailing ➞ Minor Revision ➞ File Delivery ➞ Completed

  • I do not accept major revisions after the sketch is approved. Only a limited number of minor revisions (coloring, facial features, small changes, etc.) are allowed. Additional charges will be incurred on the invoice if the client insists on a complete redo

  • A complete change of color for the rendered commission will not be accepted if I have started the rendering stage. Similar to the previous condition, additional charges will be incurred

  • The client can request small changes within 3 working days after the order is completed without any charges. After the duration has passed, I will not provide any revisions to the order

───     Deadlines & Delivery     ───

  • Commission would take around 2 weeks or more to complete depending on my circumstances or the commission’s complexity

  • Rush fees are applicable and charged on how close and rushed the commission is

  • Depending on the complexity of the commission, I might finish it sooner than the deadline
     

  • The file size will vary depending on the commission. The resolution will be at 300-350 DPI

        Finished result will be sent as PNG and JPG

         ⤑ JPG and PNG with my watermark (WM—CIELTIC_ART), glazed, and full-page WM.
         ⤑ PNG with only my WM.
         ⤑ Only ones with glaze and full-page WM are allowed to be posted online with a proper credit to my social media account.
